Chaithra is a Senior Manager of Test Engineering at Insider Inc. She strives to empower her team to support Insider’s engineering teams in shipping high quality products. Under her leadership, her team develops automated tests and integrates tools necessary to make releases faster, easier and with increased confidence. Chaithra is an advocate for equal partnership between developers and test engineers. She believes in testing teams being engineering focused and fully invested in the product. As a manager, trust and empathy are her two guiding principles.
In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, traveling and spending time with family.
