No Team, No Tests, No Time or How To Survive and Thrive when Resources are Limited

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Understaffed QA Team. No time for testing. No time for automation. A startup that does not have anything, so you need to build the team, select the tools, create tests in the shortest possible time under enormous pressure. A new project that has one QA per twenty developers. Low-quality product with constant issues in productions.
When you are in any of these situations you might feel like you are on a sinking boat: every time you patch one hole, it starts leaking in ten new places. How to survive? What should you do first? Document tests or automate them? Select tools or hire a team? Establish processes or test the releases? It may look like there is no light at the end of the tunnel, but you can overcome all these challenges if you keep calm and have a plan!

Practical advices on how to build a QA team and QA process from scratch
How to select automation tool if there are too many unknowns
How to build test infrastructure when resources are limited
How to improve the quality of the product without adding more resources
