This presentation is an experience report on how the Test Engineering team at Insider Inc revamped their test automation strategy. I'll talk about the challenges we faced with an existing suite of automation tests, how we replaced it and our considerations when choosing a new framework.

I'll showcase how having a vision for the team, instilling trust in team members and having strong leadership brings about positive change. I will also share what I learned as a new manager tasked with rebuilding the team's test strategies.
