In the era of QA's top priority being "end-user satisfaction", all Test professionals have an opportunity to provide so much value in the development process, as QA organizations adopt a more humanized approach to compliment the advantages brought by Test Automation and AI - without needing to learn how to be uber-technical. Thus the birth of the "Humanual Tester."

Join Josh Brenneman and Kirk Walton in this session on how the Manual Testing role has changed over time, and how a new kind of tester has evolved - the Humanual Tester.
