ABOUT ME
Ali is an International award-winning speaker and contributor to various mainstream tech communities. From past few years has been heavily involved in IT transformation projects at well known large enterprises bringing to life the quality strategic vision.
Most of his time is spent on driving quality transformation initiatives to instill agile practices and lean thinking, assess team weaknesses, build quality target state vision & road map to reach there. The most important piece, which he loves the most, is drive automation initiatives which includes developing automation frameworks, test harnesses and enablers (e.g. test data generation) to build continuous testing & DevOps practices.
He also designs and runs automation training initiatives for small & large organizations to enhance various skills including testing, programming, test automation and tech stack knowledge of engineers.
Since 2013 has been researching and working on his vision of Redefining Software Quality, inviting teams to think of quality improvements not in incremental steps but transformational ways of working. That includes changing the mindset of the team, enhance skill set & build automation enablers to deliver at speed.
